## Required

- Bachelor's degree in analytical field (Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or equivalent)
- 7+ years of catastrophe portfolio modeling experience
- Proficiency with RMS and/or AIR catastrophe modeling platforms
- Strong SQL skills and knowledge of RMS back-end schema
- Understanding of property insurance and reinsurance fundamentals
- In-depth knowledge of catastrophe model numerical methods and science
- Programming experience in R or Python
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in analytical field
- Progress toward CPCU or other industry qualifications
- Experience with reinsurance modeling software (Metarisk, Remetrica, Igloo, or similar)
- Experience with market reporting software (PowerBI, Qlikview, Tableau)
- Experience with internal capital models and regulatory returns
- Background in reinsurance contracts, structures, and strategies
- Experience in large multinational organizations
- Data framework and governance building experience
