## Required

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Paralegal studies certification
- Minimum 3 years paralegal experience
- Experience in fast-paced highly regulated environment
- Audit support experience
- Corporate governance experience
- Entity formation and maintenance experience

## Nice to have

- SOX and SEC filing experience
- Notary Public certification
- US Government or DOD contractor experience
- Foreign business registration and maintenance experience
