## Required

- Master's degree in Ceramics Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience with ceramic formulations, characterization, and analysis
- Experience establishing QA/QC systems in ceramic or refractory manufacturing
- Expertise in failure analysis and root-cause investigation
- Experience with supplier qualification and manufacturing scale-up

## Nice to have

- PhD in Ceramics Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline
- Deep expertise in high-temperature materials
- Demonstrated implementation of statistical quality tools (SPC, DOE, MSA)
- Experience translating laboratory findings into production controls
- Familiarity with accelerated life testing methodologies
