## Required

- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or related field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years full lifecycle enterprise application management experience
- 10+ years vendor management, contract management, and project management experience
- Hands-on experience managing ERP systems (Costpoint, Plex, or similar)
- Hands-on experience managing CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Experience with new implementations, systems integrations, upgrades, migrations, and consolidations
- Robust understanding of systems testing including test strategy, planning, design, development, infrastructure and data management, execution and logging, and evaluation and reporting
- Full SDLC understanding and requirements management competency
- Experience with requirements management tools (IBM DOORs, Jama Connect, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- High altruism and strong customer service orientation
- U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible to obtain required ITAR authorizations

## Nice to have

- Consulting and professional services experience
- Value engineering mindset and cost-benefit analysis experience
- Familiarity with enterprise data architecture
- SOX compliance and controls familiarity
- ITIL credential (Foundation and/or Managing Professional)
