- Minimum 5 years of construction experience including field and management roles
- Experience with design documentation, construction drawings, bid solicitation, contractor selection, and field supervision
- Knowledge of construction project budgeting, scheduling, and overall management
- Experience with permitting, development, land use regulations, and government interactions
- Familiarity with Architectural, Structural, Civil, and MEPF systems

## Nice to have

- Working knowledge of Florida Building Code, International Building Code, and MEPF codes
- Experience interacting with state and federal agencies
- 7+ years of relevant construction experience or advanced degree in engineering, construction, or facilities management
