Relativity Space is seeking a Senior EHS Program Manager to build and scale their Environmental Health and Safety systems across all manufacturing and aerospace sites, combining ISO standard compliance with modern data analytics and business intelligence tools. This role suits someone with deep EHS expertise and hands-on experience in manufacturing or aerospace who can architect enterprise-wide safety programs while managing the technical infrastructure that makes safety data actionable.

## Required

- Bachelor's degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive EHS experience
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
- Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools such as SQL, BigQuery, or Power BI
- Proven experience developing enterprise-wide EHS policies and standards in manufacturing or aerospace
- Strong technical writing and program management skills
- Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, and managing EHS compliance across multiple sites

## Nice to have

- Experience with AI/ML applications, data warehouses, and cloud analytics platforms
- Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, or ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor
- Aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing background
- Experience implementing EHS management software or enterprise applications
