- 12+ years of finance experience in Aerospace and Defense or Technology
- 5+ years of direct managerial experience

- Budget management and annual planning experience
- Contract review and financial modeling experience
- Product-based company experience with inventory and warranty accounting
- Public company experience
- U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee or refugee
