## Summary

Crusoe seeks an experienced executive recruiter to build their leadership team as they scale from innovator to market leader. This role involves owning end-to-end searches for C-suite and VP positions across all business functions in their AI infrastructure company.

## Required

- 10+ years of executive search experience
- 4+ years recruiting in technology companies
- Proven track record placing C-suite and VP-level executives at high-growth technology or infrastructure companies
- Deep understanding of tech markets such as data centers, GPUs, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or related hardware/software technologies
- Extensive network of relationships with executive talent in technology and infrastructure industries
- Experience working with venture-backed or private equity-backed startups

## Nice to have

- Experience at top-tier executive search firms such as Daversa, Russell Reynolds, Korn Ferry, or Heidrick & Struggles
- In-house executive recruiting experience at high-growth technology companies
- Familiarity with cloud computing, AI infrastructure, climate tech, or energy sectors
- Experience recruiting for companies scaling rapidly through growth phases from Series A through IPO
- Established relationships with technology executives in Silicon Valley and major tech hubs
- Proven track record recruiting diverse executive talent and building inclusive leadership teams
