- Knowledge of endpoint security management and device protection
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Manage support ticket queues with urgency and attention to detail

## Nice to have

- Experience with JAMF or Intune MDM solutions
- Policy creation using Automox
- Occasional travel to Palo Alto office
