- 8+ years managing registration operations and attendee management for large-scale conferences or enterprise events
- Deep expertise with enterprise registration platforms, preferably RainFocus
- Experience owning both strategic direction and hands-on administration of event registration platforms
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms, marketing automation, APIs, and data governance
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, project management, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 6-8 trips per year

## Nice to have

- Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency
- Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows
