- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent
- Read and interpret machine prints
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Work rotating 8-hour shifts
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, climb, bend, push, pull, and twist for extended periods
- Work in hot, cold, noisy, wet, or dusty conditions
- Climb and work at heights using stairs, ladders, lifts, or platforms
- Follow food safety and quality standards
- Wear required personal protective equipment
- Work around high-speed machinery and food allergens
- Basic computer skills
