## Required

- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years pharma/biotech industry experience
- 4+ years Veeva CRM experience including Field Commercial modules
- Track record leading CRM transformations or field platform programs
- Understanding of HCP engagement models and compliance requirements
- Experience partnering with IT and Data teams on integrated solutions
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive enterprise change
- Strong analytical skills translating business needs to technical requirements
- Executive presence and stakeholder management

## Nice to have

- People management experience
- Product launch experience
- Analytical skillset to evaluate options objectively with strong executive presence
- Experience with Veeva Vault, PromoMats, Align, or Veeva Data Cloud
