## Required

- Bachelor's degree and ten years of experience, or Master's degree and eight years, or PhD/PharmD/MD and two years
- Medical Affairs experience in oncology
- Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements for Medical Affairs activities
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across matrixed organization

## Nice to have

- PhD, PharmD, or MD with pharmaceutical, clinical, or research experience in oncology
- Prior US, Global, or large affiliate Medical Affairs experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical skills to interpret study data and publications
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience influencing outcomes and respectfully challenging experts
