## Required

- Ph.D. in immunology, cell biology or related biomedical science
- 5+ years of experience including drug discovery work
- Strong immunology background with knowledge of immune-mediated diseases in gastroenterology, rheumatology or dermatology
- Experience with cell culture, immune cell isolation, in vitro and ex vivo cell-based assays
- Proficiency in flow cytometry, ELISA, meso scale discovery and RT-PCR
- Data analysis using Excel, GraphPad Prism and FlowJo
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking
- Ability to lead and mentor others
- Effective communication of data and strategy

## Nice to have

- Experience leading cross-functional discovery programs in gastroenterology, dermatology or rheumatology for autoimmune or immune-mediated disorders
- Experience in large and small pharma contexts
- Background in translational research and biomarker discovery
- Prior experience with multiple therapeutic modalities including small molecule, peptide and biologic
