- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or related technical discipline
- 5 years of aerospace or construction industry experience with field and project management
- Experience with design documentation, construction drawings, bid solicitation, contractor selection, and construction management
- Experience with field supervision, permitting, QA/QC, and safety
- Experience with project scoping, budgeting, and scheduling
- Knowledge of architectural, structural, civil, and MEPF design and construction
- Understanding of standard construction procedures and best practices
- Ability to work in 3D CAD programs
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- US government background clearance eligibility for Cape Canaveral work
