## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or related field with 5+ years solid rocket motor experience, OR Master's degree with 3+ years experience, OR 9+ years relevant experience
- 15+ years hands-on solid rocket motor development and production experience including oxidizer grinding, propellant formulation, grain design, mix/cast operations, and motor testing
- 5+ years leading projects of significant technical scope in regulated or defense environments
- 5+ years supervising engineering teams of 5+ across multiple technical disciplines
- U.S. Citizenship or eligible ITAR status
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Security Clearance
- Meet explosives license eligibility requirements including age 21+
- Eligible to work in U.S. government space technology export regulations compliance

## Nice to have

- Experience transitioning solid rocket motor designs from R&D to production and standing up new manufacturing capabilities
- Familiarity with propellant casting and curing processes, motor case design, ballistic performance modeling, and acceptance testing
- Experience with industrial automation such as PLCs and instrumentation
- Experience with CAD and analysis tools
