## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA credential
- 12+ years progressive accounting experience
- Experience building or scaling a technical accounting function
- Deep expertise in revenue recognition, leases, fixed assets, debt/financing, business combinations, equity, and collaborative arrangements accounting

## Nice to have

- Big 4 and in-house accounting mix
- Investor-facing reporting experience at high-growth or late-stage private company
- High-growth tech or AI infrastructure experience
- Familiarity with usage-based and subscription business models
- Knowledge of hardware-inclusive business models and data center compute infrastructure
- Experience with emerging AI infrastructure accounting issues
