## Required

- 8+ years relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with Master's/MBA/JD/MD, or 2+ years with PhD
- Leadership and team management experience
- Hands-on expertise in at least one programming language (Java or Go preferred)
- Proficiency in one or more scripting languages (bash, Python, Go, or similar)
- Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes in enterprise cloud environments
- Knowledge of DevOps design patterns, processes and best practices
- Understanding of microservice architectures, cloud platforms and clustering models
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle including version control, build, testing and release

## Nice to have

- 9+ years relevant work experience with Bachelor's, or 7+ with advanced degree, or 3+ with PhD
- 12 years IT experience with 3 years in DevSecOps people management
- Experience implementing DevOps practices and tools for environment automation
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Docker, Git, Maven for CI solutions
- Experience with Splunk, Sysdig, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana monitoring tools
- Hands-on experience with distributed databases, distributed computing and high-frequency transactions
- Knowledge of operating system internals, file systems, storage and networking protocols
- Experience in cloud computing, PaaS, IaaS environments
- Background in financial services or payments processing
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
