## Required

- 10+ years of relevant enterprise integration or technology experience
- 5+ years in enterprise integration or middleware development
- 3+ years hands-on with Azure Integration Services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management)
- Strong experience building RESTful APIs and service-based integrations
- Working knowledge of OAuth2 and managed identity authentication patterns
- Experience with JSON and XML data transformation
- Familiarity with messaging platforms (Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hub)
- Experience in medium to large enterprise environments

## Nice to have

- Experience modernizing or migrating integrations to Azure
- Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns
- Background in insurance or financial services
- Familiarity with secure coding standards (OWASP, NIST, CIS)
- Durable Functions experience for stateful orchestration
