- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency in C# and/or Python
- JavaScript and TypeScript experience
- Relational and/or NoSQL database experience
- Cloud technologies experience, preferably AWS
- Experience as a hands-on tech lead
- RESTful API design and development
- Scalable microservice architecture experience
- Secure and maintainable code development
- Object-oriented programming background
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- Automation testing and performance testing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

## Nice to have

- Experience with fixed-income front-office trading systems
