## Required

- 15+ years of infrastructure, networking, or production engineering experience
- Meaningful experience at internet-scale companies (cloud providers, CDNs, large platforms)
- Strong systems fundamentals: Linux, distributed systems, storage, compute scheduling
- Hands-on data center experience including power and thermal constraints
- Ability to write code for automation and tooling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Incident command experience with calm leadership under pressure

## Nice to have

- Deep networking expertise (BGP, OSPF, ECMP, load balancing, low-latency design)
- HPC infrastructure experience (GPU clusters, job schedulers, high-bandwidth interconnects)
- Prior principal or staff IC role influencing org-level technical strategy
- Exposure to sustainability-focused or energy-constrained compute environments
