## Required

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience
- 8+ years SAP development experience
- Deep ABAP expertise
- 3+ years SAP BTP development and extensibility experience
- SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 application design and development
- Clean-core principles and side-by-side extensibility knowledge
- Integration patterns across SAP and non-SAP platforms
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
- U.S. person status for export control compliance

## Nice to have

- Experience in FDA-regulated environment (Pharma or Medical Device)
- Hands-on or strong working knowledge of SAP Business AI capabilities
- Knowledge of prompt design and AI governance considerations
