## Required

- Experience in BSA, AML, financial crime, investigations, risk management, compliance, or audit
- Knowledge of BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC regulations, SEC/CFTC/FINRA/NFA rules
- Experience managing regulatory examinations and relationships with examiners
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Based in NYC with minimum 4 days per week in office

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree (JD, MBA, etc.)
- Active FINRA Series 7 and 24 (or 14) licenses and Series 3
- CAMS, CFE, CRCM, CFCS, or related professional certification
- Experience with digital assets
