## Required

- Analyze and integrate information or data to draw sound conclusions
- Execute contract requirements and develop RFPs and statements of work
- Review invoices for accuracy and determine payment allowability
- Lead program management activities with minimal supervision
- Experience with project management in environments with frequent requirement changes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, or GIS (or equivalent coursework plus experience)
- Four years of experience in accounting, cost estimation, project management, requirements definition, or related area
- Competencies in Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving
- Security investigation clearance
