## Required

- 15+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance with significant team leadership experience
- Deep understanding of transaction economics and marketplace business financial complexity
- Experience supporting investor relations, lender communications, and capital structure planning
- Proven track record leading finance transformation including process redesign and systems modernization
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical capabilities with GAAP expertise
- Strategic mindset with ability to operate across detailed analysis and executive-level decision support
- Experience designing and implementing scalable systems and planning processes in global environments

## Nice to have

- Marketplace, eCommerce, or SaaS business model experience
- Fintech exposure
- Experience supporting Product organizations and performance marketing functions including CAC/LTV and digital growth metrics
- Public company or private equity-backed company experience
- Experience with OneStream, Adaptive, Salesforce, NetSuite, Qlik, or Tableau
