- Proven team leadership in complex, high-volume reporting environments
- Ability to communicate complex financial data to senior leadership
- Experience with enterprise financial systems
- Experience supporting enterprise close and consolidation processes

## Nice to have

- Experience with SAP, Oracle Fusion, OneStream, or Essbase
- Familiarity with Incorta or similar large-scale data processing platforms
- Advanced Excel skills including modeling and automation
- Track record of driving process improvements and system transformations
- Experience analyzing financial trends and explaining variances
