- 12 years relevant experience with Bachelor's degree OR 5 years with PhD
- Experience leading stability strategy for complex drug products in development, clinical, or commercial settings
- Experience authoring stability sections for regulatory submissions
- Cross-functional leadership and influence across technical, quality, regulatory, and supply-chain teams

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree in relevant field with 7+ years industry experience
- Stability leadership experience with biologics, vaccines, or complex products
- Statistical analysis and scientific interpretation of stability data
- Experience with development/clinical programs or post-approval/commercial lifecycle management
