## Required

- Extensive experience deploying and integrating PLC, SCADA, BMS, and EPMS systems
- Proven track record executing automation system startups in data center or high-availability environments
- Deep hands-on proficiency with BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA, and MQTT protocols
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems
- Ability to lead deployment timelines and work in construction environments
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in engineering or technical field
- Professional certifications in PLC or SCADA platforms, particularly Ignition and Rockwell
- Experience with industrial cybersecurity best practices
- Passion for energy efficiency and sustainability through automation
