## Required

- Valid driver's license with 10+ years driving experience
- Clean driving record for past 10 years
- Prior AV operator experience with internal/external AV safety training
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Ability to pass in-house driving course
- Proficiency with laptop, GSuite, and smartphone
- Basic understanding of robotics systems (sensors, actuators, mechanical, software)
- Clear verbal and written English communication
- Ability to work days, nights, and weekends
- Domestic travel capability

## Nice to have

- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Science
- Data analysis experience
- Testing experience with vehicle subsystems or L2-L5 systems
- Experience with issue tracking software like JIRA
- Technical writing and documentation experience with mechatronics systems
