- 8+ years in technical program management, strategy and operations, or chief-of-staff roles at high-growth tech companies
- Experience with GPU, cloud infrastructure, inference, model lifecycle, or API-first technical products and their customers
- Experience with customer success operations or scaled programmatic customer success
- Systems thinking and ability to design durable, scalable operational frameworks from zero
- AI-native delivery approach with hands-on prototyping experience with LLMs and modern AI tools
- Ability to combine data from multiple sources, validate numbers, and prepare decision-ready materials for executives
- Operate autonomously amid shifting priorities
