## Required

- High school diploma or GED or technical school certificate
- 12+ years technical experience in machining, composites, rapid prototyping, and electronics
- General proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Familiarity with aircraft or RC experience
- Expert machining skill with shop tools
- Experience building fixtures, tools, and electrical devices
- In-depth knowledge of build and assembly documentation
- Expert knowledge in at least two of: fabrication, composites, mechanics, electronics
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident (ITAR requirement)
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance
- Manual dexterity and ability to use soldering iron
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in manufacturing environment

## Nice to have

- Higher education
- Welding certifications
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot license
- 3D additive manufacturing experience
- Composites experience (wet layup or prepreg)
- Machinist skills with GD&T
- In-depth 3D modeling and programming software knowledge (SolidWorks/SURFCAM)
