- Knowledge of pharmaceutical GMPs and ICH regulatory guidance
- Experience managing external suppliers, contract manufacturers, warehouses, or logistics providers
- Ability to interact effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Experience with oral solid dose drug product manufacturing in pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of contract manufacturing organization landscape and capabilities
