## Required

- 2–6 years recruiting experience at a fast-paced, high-growth tech company
- Proven track record recruiting top engineering or software talent
- Ability to source and engage passive candidates
- Ability to distinguish between top 50% and top 5% talent in their field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative sourcing techniques and data-driven decision making
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through
- US citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status

## Nice to have

- Experience building diverse candidate pipelines
- Experience managing diversity and inclusion initiatives
