- Graduate degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- At least 7 years of software engineering in a cloud-native environment
- At least 5 years leading software engineers in an AI team
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying ML/DL/LLMs at scale in NLP, CV, IR or related field
- Track record driving and delivering complex AI projects
- Deep understanding of research stages and ability to connect multiple technologies in end-to-end solutions

## Nice to have

- Experience with deep learning frameworks, LLMs, agent harnesses, compound AI systems
- Preferably real-time setting experience
