## Required

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Mathematics, Health Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 12 years data management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry
- Demonstrated team leadership and management experience
- In-depth oncology therapeutic area experience
- Proven ability to manage CRO relationships and oversee data management deliverables

## Nice to have

- Experience with Veeva EDC system
- Radiopharmaceutical experience
- Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and work efficiency
