## Required

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum four years of claim handling experience
- Insurance Adjuster License obtained or obtainable within 90 days
- Knowledge of commercial insurance industry and policy language
- Investigative experience with analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Ability to negotiate settlements

## Nice to have

- CNA Claim Training Program completion (allows 2 years instead of 4 years experience)
- Professional designations such as CPCU
