Lead a newly formed platform engineering team at FOX Technology that bridges experimental AI-assisted solutions and production-ready tools for broadcast and internal engineering workflows. ## Required

- Lead software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, MLOps, or infrastructure teams
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, CI/CD, testing, deployment, and production support
- Experience moving tools or platforms from concept or POC to production
- Proficient in Python with modern software engineering practices
- Experience with AI workflows, LLMs, model deployment, or AI-enabled application development
- Experience with GPU compute or high-performance computing environments
- Experience with cloud providers like AWS or Google Cloud
- Experience evaluating code quality, architecture, dependencies, security, scalability, and production readiness
- Ability to partner with information security on secure development and vulnerability management
- Strong communication skills explaining technical decisions to technical and non-technical audiences

## Nice to have

- Experience in media, broadcast technology, streaming, or content distribution
- Experience with NVIDIA Holoscan or similar accelerated computing
- Experience building internal developer platforms or model governance frameworks
- Experience with broadcast workflows and 24/7 operational technology
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Master's or PhD in AI/ML, Computer Science, or Engineering
