## Required

- Active YouTube channel or substantial published long-form video work
- Expert video editing and motion graphics skills
- Advanced Runway experience and fluency with generative AI video tools

- Point of view on filmmaking, advertising or visual storytelling
- Experience teaching production technique to beginners through professionals
