## Required

- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to understand and communicate in English about work matters
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, climb, bend, push, pull, and twist for extended periods
- Work in hot, cold, noisy, wet, or dusty conditions
- Climb and work at heights using stairs, ladders, lifts, or platforms
- Follow food safety, quality, and grooming standards
- Wear required personal protective equipment
- Work around high-speed machinery and food allergens
- Age 18 or older
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and emergency events on any shift

## Nice to have

- Industrial or food manufacturing sanitation experience
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Basic computer skills and ability to use digital tools
