- 3+ years leading and managing technical teams
- Experience leading large-scale data science initiatives from concept to production
- Experience defining technical strategy and influencing cross-functional decisions
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and graph-based analytics
- Advanced Python proficiency
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Experience with large-scale cloud data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake
- Ability to conduct complex analyses with measurable business impact
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and executive audiences
- Proven success managing multiple complex initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or related quantitative discipline
- Authorization to work full-time in the United States

## Nice to have

- Experience building pseudonymous identity frameworks with device graphs
- Experience with household graphs, identity graphs, entity resolution, or conflict resolution frameworks
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- Experience with very large datasets and distributed data processing
- Experience developing proprietary data products for advertising technology, personalization, customer analytics, or audience measurement
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment in matrixed organizations
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Strong relationship-building, coaching, and leadership skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
