- 2–4 years of customer-facing experience in support, success, account management, or onboarding
- Strong desire to work directly with customers and build trusted relationships
- Excellent organization and follow-through to keep customers and partners aligned
- Proactive approach to learning new tools and solving problems
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity about technology and AI with willingness to learn hands-on

## Nice to have

- Customer onboarding experience at a SaaS company
- Familiarity with enterprise readiness concepts such as SSO, SCIM, ABAC, and workload isolation
- Exposure to developer tools, observability, evaluations, or AI/LLM workflows
- Familiarity with analytics, BI tools, or SQL
