- Analytical rigor with structured risk-management and process optimization
- Agile and Scrum methodologies with Jira proficiency

## Nice to have

- PRM platform experience (Salesforce PRM, Impartner, ZiftONE)
- Familiarity with financial incentive systems like Varicent
- Direct B2B SaaS partner program, channel operations, or reseller ecosystem experience
