## Required

- 5+ years progressive experience in Retail Planning, Allocation, or OTB Management in multi-unit retail (10–50 stores preferred)
- Advanced Excel proficiency with dynamic data structures, scenario modeling, and complex formulas
- Experience with enterprise planning software or BI platforms (Oracle, Blue Yonder, SAP)
- Deep understanding of retail metrics: Open-to-Buy, GMROI, inventory turn, Weeks of Supply, sell-through
- Ability to balance chain-level targets across 17 locations with store-level allocation precision
- Experience navigating matrixed teams across Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Stores, and 3PL/Operations
- Strong communication skills with ability to present data-driven insights to leadership
