## Required

- 7+ years pre-construction management experience on large-scale projects
- Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and mission-critical build lifecycle
- Expert proficiency with construction scheduling and project management software
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management across executives, officials, and trades
- Analytical expertise in budgeting, cost forecasting, and feasibility assessment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

## Nice to have

- 10+ years real estate development experience in data centers, oil & gas, or hospital sectors
- 10+ years in hyperscale data center or high-tech infrastructure markets
- PMP, LEED AP, or equivalent professional construction certification
- BIM experience for clash detection and pre-construction accuracy
- Background in sustainable construction or renewable energy integration
