## Required

- One year of healthcare field experience (medical assistant, clinical assistant, health technician, or equivalent)
- OR bachelor's degree with health-related coursework
- OR equivalent combination of six months healthcare experience plus two years post-secondary education with health-related courses, or associate's degree in health-related field
- OR six months healthcare experience plus U.S. Armed Forces medical training course
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- One year of experience equivalent to GS-06 grade level for Advanced designation
- Ability to use independent technical judgment to analyze and resolve problems
- Knowledge of quality control and performance improvement procedures
- Ability to function effectively between competing priorities
- Knowledge of telehealth equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide technical guidance
- Ability to perform knowledge transfer on telehealth technologies
