## Required

- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years experience with learning systems software and technology-based learning development
- 5+ years experience with course authoring software and eLearning design
- 5+ years experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro)
- 5+ years with project management practices and software
- Expertise with course authoring tools including complex branching, animated video, and scenario-based cases
- Experience with SCORM-conformant instructional objects
- Basic knowledge of camera, video, and production equipment
- Leadership skills and ability to work independently to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems
- Ability to work in a matrix-management environment

## Nice to have

- 5+ years healthcare education experience
- Basic HTML and SharePoint understanding
- Demonstrated production skills in lighting, audio, and camera work
- Strong HD production and post-production workflow knowledge
- Experience with Final Cut Pro, Mac OS, Articulate, or Adobe products
- Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Experience with Tin Can (xAPI) and cmi5 standards
- Healthcare system instructional technology or learning environment experience
- SABA LMS experience
- Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- ATD certifications in e-learning design
