## Required

- 4+ years of Workday Integrations experience, OR 6+ years in HR/Payroll/Financials/Integrations/Reporting in public sector with 3+ years in a technical role, OR 6+ years with integration workstream ownership and development
- Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions
- Lead and project manage integration workstreams
- Conduct discovery and requirements gathering sessions
- Ability to travel up to 25%

## Nice to have

- Experience working within or with the public sector
- Experience taking a leadership role in software or system implementations
- Learning agility and ability to adapt to new situations
- Strong influencing and stakeholder collaboration skills
