- Aptitude to resolve technical and transactional customer issues
- Ability to thrive in startup environment with adaptability and collaboration
- Located in Philadelphia, PA or New York City, NY area (hybrid)

## Nice to have

- Insurance industry experience, particularly with agents/brokers in commercial Property & Casualty and Habitational insurance
