- Deep understanding of performance advertising ecosystem
- Working knowledge of advertising data governance and privacy compliance

## Nice to have

- Experience building signal-validation, debugging, quality, normalization, retention, or unified-storage capabilities at scale
- Experience connecting signal quality improvements to advertiser satisfaction and ROAS
- Comfort in dynamic environment with shifting partner and strategy priorities
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical field
