## Required

- 7+ years software engineering for robotics, real-time systems, or complex hardware-software integration
- Exceptional software architecture skills for designing scalable low-latency systems
- Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver production-quality software
- Experience designing low-latency communication and streaming systems
- Strong systems intuition for debugging across software, networking, and hardware
- Proficiency in modern C++ or Rust with track record in low-latency real-time systems
- Strong communication and partnership across teams

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with whole-body kinematics, motion retargeting, rigid body dynamics, or real-time control systems
- Hands-on integration of VR, motion capture, wearable devices, or remote control interfaces
- Experience building applications with Unity, Unreal, Godot, SteamVR, or OpenXR
- Experience with neural radiance fields, Gaussian splatting, or scene reconstruction
